I am a UX / Product Designer who turns complex, ambiguous systems into experiences people navigate without thinking. My work spans discovery, strategy, and delivery - translating user insight into clear, buildable design decisions.

I started out in software engineering before moving into design, so I think in systems and stay close to feasibility. That background shapes how I work - bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces and keeping the people who use a product at the centre of every decision.

Across enterprise and government platforms, I've led UX from research through to delivery, built alignment across design, product, and engineering, and used AI-assisted workflows to move faster without losing rigour. The goal is always the same: complexity that disappears, and experiences that feel effortless.

In my current role, I help designers grow - mentoring and line-managing across the team - while bringing crafts closer together through stronger cross-craft collaboration. I also lead the thoughtful introduction of AI into our ways of working, helping teams adopt it with the same rigour and care they bring to everything else.
